Article 1 [Purpose]

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the User in using the online routine management service "IDEON" provided by Ko-real (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 2 [Definitions]

  1. "Site" refers to a virtual business site established to trade goods, etc. using information and communication facilities such as computers, mobile phones, etc. and also includes a business that operates a cyber mall operated for the purpose of providing goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "goods, etc.") to users.
  2. "User" refers to a member who accesses the Site and receives the Services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
  3. "Member" refers to a person who registers as a member on the Site and can continuously use the services provided by the Site.
  4. "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the services provided by the "Site" without registering as a member.

Article 3 [Clarification, Explanation, Amendment, etc.]

  1. The "Site" shall post the contents of these Terms, the name of the representative, business address, telephone number, parent transmission number, e-mail address, business license number, mail-order business report number, and the person in charge of personal information management on the "Site".
  2. Before the user agrees to the Terms, the Site shall provide a separate link or pop-up screen so that the user can understand important contents such as refund conditions.
  3. "The Site may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate applicable laws, such as the Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Act, the Basic Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.
  4. "If the Site amends these Terms, it shall specify the effective date of the amendment and the reason for the amendment and post it along with the current Terms on the initial page of the Site from 7 days before the effective date of the amendment. However, if the Terms are changed to the disadvantage of the User, the User shall be notified with a grace period of at least 30 days. In this case, the "Site" shall clearly compare and display the contents before and after the revision so that users can easily understand.
  5. "If the Site revises the Terms of Use, the revised Terms of Use shall apply only to contracts concluded after the effective date, and the pre-amendment Terms of Use shall apply to contracts already concluded prior to that date. However, if a user who has already concluded a contract notifies the Site of his/her intention to be governed by the revised Terms within the notice period of the revised Terms in Paragraph 3 and obtains the Site's consent, the revised Terms shall apply.
  6. Matters not stipulated in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Act, the Terms and Conditions Regulations, the Consumer Protection Guidelines set by the Fair Trade Commission, and related laws or customs.

Article 4 [Provision and Modification of Services]

  1. The "Site" shall perform the following tasks

    1. Provide information on goods or services and conclude a purchase contract
    2. Provide goods or services for which a purchase contract has been concluded
    3. "Other tasks determined by the Website

  2. The "Site" may change the contents of the goods or services to be provided under the contract to be concluded in the future if the goods or services are out of stock or the technical specifications are changed. In this case, the contents of the changed goods or services and the date of provision will be immediately announced on the place where the current contents of the goods or services are posted.

  3. "If the contents of the services for which the Site has concluded a contract with the User are changed due to reasons such as product out of stock or changes in technical specifications, the Site shall immediately notify the User of the reasons.

    In the case of Paragraph 4 of the preceding Paragraph, the Website shall compensate the User for any damages caused by such change. However, this shall not apply if the Website proves that it has no intention or negligence.

Article 5 [Service Interruption]

  1. The "Site" may suspend the provision of the Service in the event of inspection, replacement, failure of information and communication facilities such as computers, or communication failure.
